Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order if it hasn't been shipped yet?
- Once your order is placed, it enters our processing system right away. As a result, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders—even if they haven’t shipped yet. If you no longer want an item once it arrives, you’re welcome to return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
You may be able to change your delivery address, depending on how much time has passed since you placed the order. Please note that address changes are usually only possible if your order is not yet out for delivery, and making a change may delay your delivery by 1–2 business days.
